Can anyone point me to some documentation for ACH and Positive Pay in 7.3? Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place but I really can't find anything useful.

When you say you can't get/find any answers what does that mean? Wells Fargo should be able to provide you with a list of error reasons on the file you have submitted. If you don't have that insist that you speak with someone at Wells Fargo who can supply it. I have spoken with many a bank regarding ACH and many of them have only one or two 'real' experts in their file requirements. It is not uncommon for it to be the maintenance programmer at the bank (not kidding). It's also not uncommon for the bank to not follow NACHA standards.
Once you have the information you can either figure out how to change your format or speak with Sage. If Sage is unable to help a developer should be able to get you the answers (they'll cost though).
