Check Overflow form question

Hi,

Exploring new territory today and could use some help. In Setup Business Forms, I select our Check Form (Stub Check Stub). I select "Only When Needed for Print Extended Stub". I click to start printing checks and select the white paper overflow form. The check prints but the overrflow form does not. I look at the overflow form and the 'detail lines on form' is set to zero. Makes me think this was the reason it didn't print. It needs to be set to 10 or 20, etc. I don't think this was ever setup to be used.

Comments?

Thanks Again!

Re: Check Overflow form question

Hello

After the checks print, the 'Remittance' button should be enabled in the Print window.

Click 'Remittance' button to print the overflow.  The overflow will print the same number of detail lines as the check format.

I hope this helps.

Re: Check Overflow form question

Hi,

We will try that on the next check run. This will hopefully eliminate the check counter in MAS from jumping to the next number and then us having to void that check.

Thanks,
