How do I print a additional copy of a check, the check printing screen has an option for check remittance or check copy but both the fields are grayed out and unable to select. How do I change that option?

I know this post is old, but...  those buttons will be available after you print checks and answer "Yes" to the "Did the checks print correctly..." dialog.
