We are using MAS 500 7.2 and FRx 6.7. I am doing a budget report in FRx showing the various columns Month Actual, Month Budget and Month Variance. The actual amount is coming out OK I input "C" - (Credit to reverse the actual amount) in the row in column E, but when I print out the report I get a credit sign in the Month Budget column, which should show a debit amount. For example:
Amount Actual Amount Budget
100,000 -200,000
The Amount Budget shold be 200,000 not -200,00. Any tips will be appreicated. Thank you in advance.
