Hello.
I am going to paste exactly what the user sent me as an explanation of the problem:
<user> was processing a so # 159228 invoice # 270428. the customer is a prepay customer but only a partial shipment went out
i clicked on apply to apply a payment on the invoice to demonstrate and she also clicked on the same payment to apply it
now it's duplicated and we are getting error messages all over the place.
we deleted it from a batch, put it in it's only little batch and still can't clear the duplicate application.....
Any ideas how we can fix this?
