I have an entry on this report that has no Transaction Date. The posting comment normally contains the invoice #, vendor # and transaction date. For this entry the posting comment states "Process Receipt Of Invoice" only. Not sure if the blank transaction date is the issue but I can't identify the vendor or what we purchased, Thanks in advance for any help.

What does the batch number begin with? If it begins with GL then I don't think it will have a transaction date because when you enter a journal entry you get to pick a posting date, but not a transaction date.

If you post in detail you should be able to drill into it.

If not you should be able to go into the AP Voucher View and look it up by batch.

John, you mean drill into it in the GL Account Transactions explorer view right? I agree, a POVO transaction should have transaction date.  Must be a problem with that individual transaction.

Correct, it just depends on their posting detail options.

I am in Voucher View and selected the Batch Number POVO-xxxxxxx and the transaction for $80.00 does not appear. Not having a transaction date must be the issue

I would like explore the data with Crystal. Any idea with table I should access?
