We are having an issue where credit card payments being tied to a sales order and don't show up as an unapplied payment.  Even though the transaction is shown in "Credit Card Activity" the payment is essentially missing everywhere else.  Today we noticed that on the "Credit" tab in "Customer Status" the amount of the payment shows as a pending payment, but I cannot figure out where MAS 500 stores these pending payments, or how to apply them.

Until the funds are captured by selecting the "Process Pmt" or "Sales" button on the credit card form, you will not see a payment. It is there in the database, but it is in a hidden state until there are actual funds associated with the credit card transaction.

Payments that have been "Pre-Auth" do not have funds associated with them until they are "Processed" and so you will not be able to see those payments.
