Hello,

My company is using MAS 500 v7.3.  In the Invoice Register we are getting an error message:

Unable to add the tciBatchJrnl record because it is trying to reference a record in tglJournal that does not exist,.   Reference ID: (R_1453_).  The transaction ended in the trigger.  The batch as been aborted.

Has  anybody received this sort of error?  In tips will be appreciated.  Thank you in advance

Has this process worked before?  If so, are there any changes to the system since it last worked (i.e. installing an update to MAS 500)?  Are there any customizations to the process.  Is it only this transaction or is it all transactions?   Have you run a SQL trace to see if an error is occuring when trying create the entry in tglJournal?  have you contacted support about this issue or searched the knowledge base for this issue?

Please provide as much information as possible to aid in assiting you with this issue.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out.  We have a customize process regarding intercompany transfers what happen was I did not set up 100% in selecting the target company in the GL - Maintain Target Companies.  We added a new company.  It's now been updated and runs fine.  Again thanks for your help.
