We are using MAS 500 7.2 and I am trying to upload my revenue and expense accounts for the year 2010 via data porter . Here is my problem on any particular GL Account the amount will be different from each month. I uploaded via data porter just one GL account, but it seems to only upload for the total of the entire year, MAS 500 did gave me a message box if I want to break it down, but the amount is evenly spread among 12 months. Bottom line is I have a spreadsheet for each GL account with different amounts for each month. Is there a way to upload the whole data? It's a pain to input manually for each GL account and for each month. Any tips will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
