I have version 4.3 and did an update in June and thought the fixes for the 941 would be in there.  I just did my quarterly's and the form I have still says 2005?  Any clue?

You have to go into each company and delete the old 941 reports out.  It will then update the company 941 with the new one.

Possible Resolution:

The program fix update was not installed correctly.

1. Follow the instructions for installing the 941 program fix update exactly.
2. After installing the update, open Windows Explorer.
3. Go to ..\Mas90\Reports\.
4. Rename the following files in the ..\###-###\ and ..\###-xxx\ folders (xxx = company code):
   • PR941A.rpt
   • PR941P.rpt
   • PRSCHB.rpt
   • PRSCHP.rpt
5. Expand Payroll and Period End. Double-click Quarterly 941 Printing.
6. Click OK at each "The Crystal RPT file for ###-xxx does not exist. The default form will be used" dialog box. (One message appears for each renamed report). The original forms are now replaced.
