My MAS 200 used to works fine one workstation i re-installed the windows and installed the MAS200 fine like I did not get any problem like in port # or server directory. but when i clicked on icon it shows a white(notepad type) screen with one menu "Help" and just disappears all the time. I can ping from and to Server by using Computer name and IP both. No idea what else i can do to install it.

If the windows firewall is on, turn it off and see if you get the same results. Sounds like the connection to the server might be ok but the connection back to the client is getting blocked.
