1. You are an unidentified user with no real information on your profile which makes it a bit difficult to take you serious.  You will probable want to better define your profile so that you will get responses.

2. With todays technology, why do they really need to be in India.  I have managed remote networks and computers around the world and never left Houston, Texas area.
