I am using MASS 200 ver 4.1 and trying to test import a budget for our next fiscal year, and get the error "Source file cannot be opened, retry?"  The file is not open, I have saved it to the server where MAS is located, and have it saved as a .csv file.  Any suggestions?

Its 1 of 4 things:

the file is open, somewhere.

you are using the wrong file in file location.

you don't have correct permissions to the the file folder where it is saved.

An antivirus or firewall program could be blocking it.
