Detailed General Ledger Report Print Suppression of Accounts with No Activity or Balance

I am a MAS90 user and print a Detailed General Ledger Report at the end of every month.  I would like to know if there is a way to suppress the printing of those account which have zero activity and a zero balance.  I could probably save a tree!

You could do it for the most part.  One of the challenges is knowing whether to suppress the group header and beginning balance because you don't yet know whether there has been any activity in the period until after that record has to be printed.  Otherwise you could set variables to track whether any activity is encountered and use them to determine whether the sub-totals need to be printed.  Simply suppressing account sub-totals if the Beginning Balance were the same as the Ending Balance wouldn't work if there was activity that would net to zero. I think you would want to see those zeros.
