Been having issues getting into the knowledge base for the past few days. Is there any alternate way to access this? Is there an ETA till restoration?

I don't believe there is any alternate to access the KB. You could post your question here, and maybe someone on here will remember the issue and post the answer for you.
I think Sage is "working on the issue".

Operational at 2 PM PDT with what appears to be a revised version of the Knowledgebase.

I wonder if it's possible to sort the results, by title maybe?

Everyone,
Sorry but yes, we have been having sporadic outages of the knowledgebase and sagemas.com for most of the day today, June 7. The team is aware of this and is working on getting everything operational just as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience! The good news is, this community forum is hosted at a different location, so hasn't been negatively impacted by other server outages. Hang in there while our team gets things back to normal.

New knowledgebase search needs some definite work.
Tried "47 powdba 8384" and got a huge number of hits most of which were not even relevant or even sorted by relevance. Looks like its doing an OR as opposed to an AND on the keywords. I think I got every error 47 you could possibly get in every module.
Strangely enough, just putting in powdba found the answer much better (less is more?). Only got 5 hits and #5 was what was needed.
Also you can't search be the resolution ID anymore which is often used to reference someone to an article quickly.

Thanks for the feedback. In response, Sage has made a couple significant changes:
- A Quick Search field has been added to allow searches by Resolution ID
- The new Select Application list helps narrow down the error 47's
