The gross wages, depending on the state are not always correct for quarterly wage reporting....states differ on what to include in reported wages...401k and cafeteria may or may not be included depending on which state you are in...I deal with multiple states and they all regard the reported total wages differently...the support at Sage told me they did not have a fix for this...has anyone found a work around?

This has been a problem forever, i.e. from prior to 2002 when I started working with MAS. I don't know if Sage just doesn't care, or if it's too much trouble for them to figure it out. I always hear "Quickbooks does it correctly", but I've never verfied that statement, so I have no idea. The only solution we've come up with is creating a custom report to pull the correct wage information based on the specific client's requirements. Or, you just dump the information into excel and manually change whatever needs to be changed and use the excel report as backup. It's not a good situation.

If you click on the Form button it will take you to a Form Customization Page then select the detail tab and you can customize the report.
