The last few days it has been problematic to log into the KB. It takes forever for the page to load and update. I've been waiting for 10 minutes now for it to load just so I can do a simple search for an error code.
I've noticed that some of the Sage website has been updated and improved - any plans to update the sagesoftwareonline.com and specifically the support section and the knowledge base? The navigation is really redundant and no matter which product you select for the knowledge base it takes you to the same page and you have to select the product again.

In the last week the knowledge base experienced intermittent server problems that have affected the performance of the system. The issue has been resolved and the knowledge base is functioning normally again. As for improving the interface and usability of the knowledge base, Sage is actively working on moving to a more "Google" like interface with additional functionality. You will be able to get notifications when articles change, save frequently used knowledge articles, and play a more active part in contributing solutions. The project is a huge undertaking, but you will be glad to hear that when it does roll out the login process and navigation will be greatly improved.

As of yesterday I was still having problems accessing the KB - I was able to access it but it took over 10 minutes for the initial text search screen to appear.
That's great news about the update! Is there an ETA?
Another question re: the community forums - it appears that when I mark a post to Email me when someone replies I have not been receiving notification, although I had in the past. Is that functionality working or is there a setting that I need to change on my profile.

For any others that might run into the error message "No web site is configured at this address", this issue was resolved by clearing everything in the internet browser's cache.
