Is anyone else having issues connecting to sage websites? I'm unable to access www.sagesoftware.com and www.sagesoftwareonline.com.  I have tried from multiple sites and from my phone.  All just sit a connecting.

Does anyone know the status and when they might be back up?  I'm preparing for an upgrade and need to download the latest patches.

Everyone,

Yes, I can confirm that the Sage North American websites are all currently down and our email system is also down. So, please be patient with us as we try and get things back up to normal as quickly as possible.  Sales Support has asked me to let channel members know that, if you sent us an email order this afternoon (after about 11:30 PDT) we haven't placed it yet because we haven't yet received the email. But, as soon as our systems are back up and running, we will process them all.  Thanks for your patience!

Thanks Tom....painfully aware of it, unfortunately.  The word we received late this afternoon is that some of our sites are still having intermittent outages.  I am confident they will get to the source of the problem soon and get everything in working order. Meanwhile, thanks for helping everyone out with their questions here while the knowledge base is inaccesible.
