While I was trying to do data conversion and I got following error message

"Unable to determine the data version of modules S/O. The data was not converted."

This company doesn't need to use SO on 4.3. version. Is there option to choose which modules to do conversion.

No, but you may need to just remove that module/data from Company Maint.  Just make sure you have an adequate backup first.

Rename the SOXXX company file to SOXXXold or something similar and the conversion will proceed.
