I have this same issue happen every once in awhile. If I print to an HP 5550 it just stops printing in color all of a sudden. I can print the same form to a Xerox 6360DN and it prints fine. In the past we have reinstalled the print driver to fix this - I just don't understand why it continues to happen. The Network Admin. swears no changes to the printers have been made.
Does anyone have a concrete solution to this issue or know why it happens?

As of MAS 200 v4.5.2, this has NOT been fixed yet. My SO forms are send in color, but my PO form is sent in black and white. Same logo in both forms. Both forms are are set to NO Printer under page setup. Both forms are sent from the same workstation.

This is what I did and it worked....
Go to Printers and Faxes from the Start Button. Right click the pdf printer (may be a few of them... I just did them all). Click on Advanced tab. Click Printing Defaults at the bottom. Click the Edit button next to Default Settings. Click on the Color tab in the left nav window. Change Color Management Policies to "Leave Color Unchanged". Click OK. I think it made me save it. I just saved whatever it defaulted to and made sure that new name was in the Default Setting.
I only have one test customer so I don't know if it stops working like some others were saying. We could not get the test customer to email in color and now it does, so I assume this works now for all.

Also, since the forms are sent from the server, you need to be changing the network pdf printers, not local..... for dummies like me.
