I have a customized AR statement with our company's color logo. When printing or PDFing statements from MAS 90 the logo appears in black and white. When using the preview button instead of print the logo is in color. I have double checked all of our printer settings and all other programs print in color, so I have determined this must be a setting in MAS90. I would like our emailed PDF statements to be in color. I can work around this problem with the printer by previewing first and then printing from preview. It would be nice to fix this issue for both, but especially the PDF documents.
Thank you.

I know there is a settign under the printer preferences for pdf printers to select color or b/w , check those maybe?
Is it just your AR statements or is everything from pdf in b/w?

I had a similar situation where when sending out multiple e-mails, only the first .pdf had the logo in color. All others didn't. But the printed copies all printed in color.
Pretty sure we resolved it by hard-coding the color printer into the crystal form – even if printing to a different color printer.

Any updates on this issue? I can't seem to print my invoices in color, both from a local printer and a pdf writer.
Thanks!

Hard coding the printer with the color setting has always worked for us.

Did you try Zip's solution?

What do you mean "hard code"?
Do you mean instead of having "no printer" setup as the crystal default printer, to set the pdf printer as the default (and make sure its set as "color" in the preference)?

Not positive, but I believe I saw something about being able to do color pdf's in 4.5 when it is released.

Hello,
Printing forms/reports to Paperless Office (PDF) and retaining customized color output has been addressed in the 4.50 release. John

@rmikolainis, yes re: your question about "hard code".
