Every time I run a custom report on MAS90 4.5 since upgrade it has to be "converted to the latest version of Crystal Reports". This only happened the first time the report was run on prior version. Anyone else seeing this and/or "HELP"!

Is it just one report? You could try the old standby trick of changing the Summary Info-> Keywords field to "Converted to 4.50" and see if that bypasses the conversion process.

Thanks, Dan, but where is this Summary Info -> Keywords field? I've poked all over both the MAS90 and CR UIs and am not seeing it...

Open the report in Crystal and it is under the File menu.

That worked, Dan. Slick! How did you find out about that?

Wasn't me... I read it somewhere else on the forum.
You can also use this to bypass the conversion if you know it is going to fail (IE you have a datasource that isn't MAS).

This is explained in both the Crystal classes and various sessions at the Sage Summit. Actually this phrase is written out when you run the conversion utility which coverts all reports in the designated folders and writes out this phrase to the field. It is amazing the stuff you learn by going to class.
