Direct Deposits..stuck~ help~

Mas90 single user, P/R v4.3

 

Hit something weird just now,  went to change an employee's DD info, but it would not let me select the one that he used before, but had turned off to get paper checks for the last few months. So I re-clicked the DD box on his Main tab, then once inside I was going to delete the old DD line, then re-enter the new DD info.

 

But it would not let me select the old DD line.

 

So I entered the new DD info, now I have two lines of DD info, both say 100% of net check, but I can't select either one to delete or modify either etc !

 

I've hit RESET, but nothing works, It won't let me select either line 1 or 2... I'm stuck ! help!  No idea what's going to happen at next payroll soon.

Do you have multiple monitors or a high resolution screen? If so try dragging the window to the far left and see if it allows you to select the line.

That worked!!!  Single monitor, drug that window a little to the left, and it works! 

Jeez, what a curveball that was!

I have the same problem but not using 2 screens... My co-workers can access the line in Direct Deposit but I can't and I am the supervisor.  HELP!!  Any ideas?

If you are using a high resolution monitor try dragging the window to the far left and see if it allows you to select the line.

The problem exists in several modules with single monitor, not just with dual monitors.  Annoying but known.

Got it!  It worked!  End of the day on Friday of a very hectic week and it just didn't register.  Thanks for the info, very bizarre fix but happy for it.
