I want to create a report listing customer number, name, price level, and yearly volume for current (2011) and previous years. This is complicated by the fact that we ship from two warehouses and therefore operate with two divisions. Customers' sales from each warehouse must be combined to create realistic view of volume. If nothing else, I would like to know where to find tutorials on Visual Integrator and Custom Reports.

You can create a Crystal Report to show you everything need.
Base the report on the invoice history detail and header files.

I have found the fields for Division, Name, Customer Number and Price Level. I do not see the files anywhere that contain the volume for present and previous years. Since I have never used Crystal Reports before, this is proving to be a bit of a challenge.

There is no field value "yearly volume".
You'll need to use the invoice date and calculate the volumes in Crystal.
