When I select Help --> Help Topics I am brought to the MAS90\Launcher Windows folder. Is this an install issue?

Also, is there any other place where there is documentation on the Customizer? I found a PDF from version 3.7x and a little help here and there on the forums.

Version 4.4.0.0 ? Why didn't you load Service Update 1?

OK, I am now on 4.40.0.1 and still have the same issue. This is just a test environment with the just sample companies. Maybe I'm missing something else...  Help --> Technical Support,  Tutorial and About all work.

Hmmmm, mine opens fine.

Can you try rerunning the workstation setup?

OK, I think it has something to do with my specific OS. I am running Windows 7 x64. It works fine on the 32bit server. This is just a test install, so it's no big deal. There is most likely something about x64 and I shouldn't be using it, but I have not come across it yet.

ok, I just tried the same in MAS90 version 4.30 with Windows 7 64 bit and it did the same things yours did! (i tested originally on my XP pc).

I see the help files were install in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Common Components\Help

I tried moving them to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Common Components\Help, but that didn't work.

I'll fool with it later on. Maybe you have some ideas as to where it is trying to load the HelpCenter.chm from.

I think its something to do with Windows security as to how .chm files are opened. I'm going to check on the microsoft KB too.

Did you try to change this key in the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestrictions\MaxAllowedZone

To value 4?

Or, you might be able to right-click on the file choose Properties, and choose "unblock".
