FRx was never set up properly and our MAS consultant with TAG Management Group couldn't figure out the problem.  So we just don't bother using FRx.

Hey!  Just saw something that may be the issue.  Looks like we have Cost of Revenue set up as an "Operating Expense" account type instead of "Cost of Revenue".  I'll try to correct this after everyone exits MAS this evening.  I'll let you all know if that resolves the issue.  Thanks!

That would be your cause.

Now hopefully,  it will let you correct the accounts easily.  It may not be easy.

Yes, that was the cause.  Unfortunately, it will not let me separate the COGS from the Operations Dept. Expense accounts because they were all classified as Operating Expenses and the system will not allow me to change the classification of the account type when accounts have had transactions entered.  

I guess I need to set a calendar reminder to change the account type and finally get our COGS accounts separated from the Ops Dept. expenses.

Until that time, I'll have to continue to export to Excel and manually separate the accounts.  (sigh)  I hate it when non-accountants set up accounting systems.

Either that or get FRx up and running...did your reseller say why it wouldn't work?

It does involve renumbering your chart of accounts unfortunately, but it would get you there.
