There is a setting in P/R that defines how long the data is retained for Aatrix.
Setup Options - Tab 1 Years to Retain Efiling Check History. Depending on that setting you can regen W-2's from scratch if needed..
In addition, Aatrix itself should retain copies of finalized W-2s for reprint assuming you have not deleted them (or if you printed them from a backup company originally, you haven't deleted the backup company in MAS. You have to choose "Existing Reports" when you start up Aatrix.
