Since upgrading to 4.5 from 4.05, the Sales Analysis by Saleperson Report does not show any sales for salespersons with split commission.

The report shows sales for the main salesperson; however, the report will print for the split commission salesperson, but will show zero for the sales, the cost of goods sold, and the profit percent.

So I get 30 page report for the salesperson with nothing but zeros next to the customer name.

Has anyone seen this or having the same problem?

You may want to double check that your AR Options for commissions reporting is still checked.

It is checked and the Salesperson Commission Report is correct.

I'm wondering if the way the Sales Analysis by Salesperson Report works changed between 4.05 and 4.5.

In 4.05 when our phone staff would do a sales order, they would do split commission and enter their salesperson number in the additional salesperson field; however, they would leave the percent at zero which would leave the primary salesperson at 100%.

Doing it this way would still show the invoice total on the Sales Analysis by Salesperson Report for both the Primary Salesperson and the Additional Salesperson.

We don't update commissions to other modules, but we do use the numbers from the Salesperson Commission Report and the Sales Analysis by Saleperson Report to enter into a spreadsheet.

This didn't work this way in 4.05 and i'm wondering if anyone knows if it's WAD in 4.5.
