In MAS90, when entering in a item code in the item line while creating a sales order, how do you allow the item to show an extended description. Some of the items are showing the extended description and some are not, when we go to print. Please Advise.

I would start by checking the Crystal Report layout for that form to see if something is being supressed.

Does this problem happen on a standard, non-customized form?

No it happens on a "Quote" customized form
