When we try to run a check run, the Crystal report of ap_checkprinting_rpt errors saying "The program entered cannot be found AP_Checkprinting_rpt.  Does anyone know why?  There is nothing posted either on here or at Sage KB.

Go to report manager,  open the form with crystal and do a verify database.

I opened the reports under Mas90\Mas_XXX\Reports.  I verified the db and it upgraded the check form.  I then closed out of Mas90 and went back into and tried to print the check and got same error.

also, I installed the Crystal 11 that came with the 4.4 upgrade.  I don't know how to open it directly from rhe Report Manager.  I opened Crystal on its own and went to find the reports.  Is there something I am missing????

When you are in check printing, click on the Designer button.   This is stored in a folder using the Form Code as a folder name.  If you click on Designer, you will be opening the correct form.

I tried it in my upgrade scheduled for today with Service Pack 2 and I did not have any problems.

I can't get that far.  After I choose the items to pay for a vendor, I click on print (for the chk report) then it asks me if I want to print checks/ACHs.  I say yes and it comes up with this error.  I have run the mascrcw.exe and the check forms said the status of Complete. I must be missing something.

ap_checkprinting_rpt is a pvc and should be in the Mas90\AP folder.

Maybe yours is corrupted.

Oops.  Misread your post.  Will withdraw suggestion to verify database.

Might try a reinstall of the program files.    Had an instance last week where 90% of the functions would not work even though it looked like everything was there.  Really strange,  but it worked.
