vers 4.40.0

I can not access the credit card section under the additional tab of customer maintenance.  I've looked through roles, permissions, payment types, terms codes and I even looked under the house that landed on the witch in oz!

I'm sure I've just got something set wrong, but I just can't find it.

Do you mean you only see the last 4 of the credit card number?  I'm not positive, since we just went straight from 3.71 to 4.40.0.2, but I think that's just the way it is in 4.40 prior to Product Update 2.  On 4.40.0.2, there is an option under User Maintenance, Preferences to Display Formatted Credit Card, which allows specific users to view the entire CC number on entry and inquiry screens.

I do remember reading somewhere about a release form you can sign with Sage to enable your system to show the entire CC number.  I probably read that on the forum somewhere, so you may want to search for it.

You only had to sign a release in prior versions.  The poster needs to get up to product update 1 or 2.

I'm not talking about the last four digits. My users can't see the "Primary Credit Card Information"  section of the additional panel in customer maintenance.  I'm talking about the CC Number Field, the CC payment type field, cardholder name field, the expiration date field and the credit cards button. 

I'm sure there's just a setting somewhere that I don't have flipped.

Maybe someone modified the form & hid it?  That's what we've done here.

Do you have a little * in the title of the screen? That means the screen was customized and you'd have to use Custom office to delete or undo it.

Do you have someone set up with FULL priviledges for all modules?  Does this person also not have the option to enter the CC Maintenance module?

This might indicate if there is a problem with setup or there is a system error (or modified screen as previously suggested).

Look at custom office and see if the customer maintenance screen is modified.
