CRM Communications disapearing

We are having issues with some communications going away.  Is there a setting somewhere that deletes communications after a certain time period that I haven't found yet?  Has anyone else had this issue?  Many thanks.  CRM version 6.2.

is it possbile it is a territory permission issue?  The user does not have access to see communications in a certain territory?

No, we only have one territory and it's the same way under admin.  thanks,

It sounds like a filter is being set and needs to be reset when you are on the communication screen. If it's not that, I would look into the database to see if the records are still there or not in order to get a better handle on the matter.

 

Do you have a Sage partner that helps you? You can have them look into this if you don't have the expertise.
