While my lead is in the 'in process' status, i want emails sent to the staff 2 times a day. How can I schedule a notification?

I'm about to upgrade to EES with CRM.  Will BA still work or do I have to move to Knowledge Sync for this?

Business Alerts will still work with version 4.40 and with EES.

Both BA and KS are business monitoring software. KS is more powerful in what it can do so it is up to you as to what level of performance you need. Both can do what you need done.

If you are going to do leads in CRM, you can use escalations

Mark is correct. If you are using Sage CRM, you can use escalations / notifications.

A possibly preferable option is to set up a dashboard so people can proactively manage their open items vs using emails / notifications which are generally reactive and harder to manage.
