I have a sale order that should be in a back order status however was closed out in error and mow shows as completed. Is there a way to update the closed order back to open?

Once a sales order has been removed from the open sales order file and exist only in the history file, there is no way to restore. You must reenter with a new sales order number.

You could copy from SO History in SO Entry.

Remember that gives it a new order # (but you could use something like 12345A).
