Hello CRM World, LOL
In SAGE CRM 1.2 and 1.3 is it possible to setup a CRM user with two email addresses. I have a customer that has mark.hallberg@emai.com and info@email.com.
And
When building an Email Template, how can you choose a different "FROM" address than the User's default? I am currently logged in as admin who does not have and email address but want to choose mark's from address as the default.

Someone had to much eggnog!
The easiest way would be to have 2 logons for the user. Restrict access to the area each job function needs.

Another in theory Thought, create a VBscript using BOI/VBScript to change the email address. Once again I don't have all the necassry tools to test; but if you can create user UDF's for email1 and email2. Then, place a button on the forms the user needs to switch email addresses that runs the BOI/Vbscript to change the email address on the fly.
I don't have CRM to test this to see if its even possible; But this is where I'd start to check.
