User License used from CRM 6.1 not activate

Mas 200 v 4.3 EES 1.3 version, this company bought 12 licenses but had over license limit warning pop-up issue, when I checked the *info that indicated CRM had 6 users logged on but CRM did not activate or setup any user only administrator role.  Why 6 users were in CRM all the time and I have to change the services from Automatic to Manual to remove those 6 user count.

 

How user count works in CRM 6.1 and Mas 200 when you log on Mas even did not use CRM yet? Is this a bug from CRM module?

This is a known issue

 

We've been told to try this, haven't monitored it closely to see if it works:

 

Open and log into MAS

Open and log into CRM

Open Outlook and log into plug in

Ann,

 

You meant I have to log on Mas first then CRM, then open Outlook then Plug In for what?  Turn on the Integration Engine in services?

The problem came from other company did not use CRM but copied all modules when they use COPY feature for backup database.  You need to REMOVE CRM module from rest of companies then you won't use CRM license if you did not log on CRM Web Server even the Integration Engine service set up to Automatic.
