The US Zip code file appears to associate the country code to 3 digits "USA", but CRM country codes are 2 digits "US".

When you integrate the two, they all error out.  What is the "recommended" procedure to bring the two together?

As part of Customer Relationship Management setup in MAS 200, use the CRM Country Cross Reference Maintenance program to map the country codes between MAS and CRM.  This is found on the Customer Relationship Management Main Menu.

Thanks.  I was on that screen, but didn't realize it was a cross-reference.  The menu said "Country Code Maintenance" and so I just tried entering the 3 digit USA and it wouldn't take, so I closed the screen.  I see the box title has cross-reference in it.
