Hi all,

We moved from mas 200 to mas 500 and I am customizing our invoice and packing list.  Is there a easy way to show items that are backordered? The stock reports dont show any information about backordered items is this correct? I cant imagine that not showing any information on the packing list or invoice about backorders is going to make my customer service agents happy!  What are others doing to overcome this?

We wrote a view which shows the backordered lines.  We also use this same view to print out on the packing lists and invoices.

It is somewhat involved to write all of this.  You might check with your reseller to see if they've already done this.
