I can run a Crystal report outside of the MAS 500 menu and it runs fine. If I run it from the MAS 500 menu it throws a 'division by zero' error. Has anyone ever seen the same scenerio? Thanks in advance.

Do you have formula fields with division in them? If so, is the denominator based on a summation or count of records inside the Crystal report? Perhaps you're hitting one database when the report runs outside of MAS 500, and you're using a different database when you run the report inside the menu. If this is the case, maybe one database has records and the other one doesn't.

Thanks for the reply. What I discovered was that this report didn't run correctly outside of MAS, either. While I was viewing each page, the report threw the same error when I got to the page with the zero value. Crystal automatically displayed the offending formula which we corrected. I guess that when the Crystal viewer loads the report it loads al the data at once hence the error message and no data at all.
