I have Inventory set to retain all transaction history and my IM5 File is currently only showing half of period 03 and 04 tranactions.  Is there any other file that would still have the prior period information.  We have not run any purge processes.

Determined the issue - The Transaction detail was turned off and they where about 3 months behind in closing and closed to catch up.  Good thing is that they is a backup company before the period end so I have done an export job in VI to pull all the IM5 Records from that company and all of the IM5 from the current company and we thing we have all transaction in the excel file.

Is there any issues will just bringing that back into the IM5 file or are there other records I need to also link into?

I have no experience with this & I do not know if importing just IM5 will cause any problems.

But as long as you're at it, I suggest checking your other IM history files to see if they have the data that you expect.

Import into IM5 did the trick.  If anyone has the same issue and wants the VI Export and Import Jobs let me know.
