I'm wrapping up my testing today before we go live on 4.40.0.2 on Monday (upgrading from 3.71 - yikes!)
I found that the auto reorder selection calculates item costs incorrectly. We use FIFO costing and reorder method for our reorder points.
Ex: Item WIDGET is $5 EACH. Purchase UM is a 4PK, which contains 4 EACH. The auto reorder listing shows that 10 EACH are needed, which converts to 3 4PK. The extension incorrectly shows as $240. When the PO is generated, it is for 3 4PK at $80 per 4PK, when a 4PK should only be $20.
Manually adding the item to a PO produces the correct cost of $20/4PK.
What is the best way to report these findings to Sage? Should I be starting a support case or is there another method for reporting possible programming bugs?
