Our comany is looking at using a multibin system.  We are trying to find someone who is using a similar system and can point us in a couple of directions to get started.  When we search online a lot of options are available but we're unsure of which systems are reliable and those that are not.  We are trying to improve our warehouse and we are hoping to start improvements with the receiving department if possible.  I know we could improve a lot of things by using scanners/barcodes but integrating that into MAS is where we need help.

Forgot to add, we are using MAS 200 v 4.40.0.3.  We have the following modules already installed:  LM/CI/BI/PO/FL/AR/AP/IM/SO/PO/BOM/BR/VI/FA

The combination of ACS multi-bin with Scanforce warehouse automation has been a good solution for several of our clients.

There are a couple of different options. You should look at them all before making a decision. Besides the one mentioned Hightower has one also.

There are several companies that provide multibin add-ons for mas90 like ACS, HighTower, ICS WMS, Scanco Elite. I am working on multibin add-on these days for my client so I compared all of these add-ons and find that ACS is the best among all. You can get an idea about ACS multibin solution from their user manual freely available on their website.
