Recently upgraded client had dates in the Eng Add/Chnge Date field (2000 dates). When running the Cost Roll-Up Register, component lines with that date filled in are not being included in the cost if the Effective Date is left checked for ALL. If, however, you change the date to 12/31/2999, then those line items are included in the cost.
