Does anyone know how to make a production entry less than a whole number (Exp. .25) carry down through the line items that make up the production item? If I use .25 I have to change each line item manually to get the correct product to deduct from inventory.

Just verifying - the Standard Unit of Measure on your components isn't setup as EACH, is it? EACH will always round up to the nearest integer. You have to use EA if you want fractions.

I think you are right. Is there a global place to change all EACH to EA?

Visual Integrator is probably your best bet. It would be an easy import to do. Unfortunately, there isn't a global field change utility in inventory like there is for AR customers.
Also, don't forget this part...go into Product Line Maintenance and make sure all of your product lines have their default U/M's changed from EACH to EA as well. If you don't, eventually this problem will come back because as new items are created, they get their default U/M from the product line you assign to the new item.
The "Integer Units of Measure" feature, on it's face, makes sense. In theory, you can't use just part of an EACH, or in order to use part of the EACH, you must consume the whole unit or scrap the remainder. That is a normal manufacturing concept, particularly for perishable or smaller cut length items. But in the MAS application of this concept, they just use a standard rounding function. So it will round down if the decimal is less than .5, which makes no sense! If my bill calls for .45 units of an EACH item, it will pull nothing out of inventory! That's a problem.
Good Luck!
