Is there a way for our salespeople to run the A/R Commission Report but have security so they can only see the report for their salesperson number?   This would be based on their login and employee number.

The sales force wants to have the ability to see theirales during the month - but we do not want them to see other salespeople sales or company totals.

I'm curious as to yhy not?  Isn't competition one of the qualities that made America great?

I agree with that.  But the Boss doesn't want the competition to know where we are and is afraid it might leak out!

You may be able to create the sales report for one salesperson and give only that salesperson permission to run it.  Then copy for the other salespeople.,

Hopefully, your sales force isn't too big.

Approximately 30 Salespeople.  I will keep this in mind.  I am also going to call a master developer to see if they can help if I don't get any response in the forum.

You could use a product like VisualCUT to email sales results to the individual salespeople.

If you have business alerts, you could use that for an automatic email at the end of the day.  One form would  send to each salesperson in the file for their current status.

1st, we jumped from 4.05 to 4.4, so I don't know where this became available... 2nd, I'm just brainstorming... You would want to ask someone with a bit more knowledge on the subject....but

If it is a Crystal version of the report, could you not suppress details based upon user logged in?

Just my $0.02 anyway.
