Data is not selected for report printing in Shopping Cart Register

I have 2 clients that process alot of on line orders (both .order), one is Server 2003 with MAS v4.3, the other Server 2008 with MAS v4.4...Both report when they go to the Accept/Reject to process the orders and then go to the SC Register they are getting the "Data is not selected for report printing" error.
Now in researching the KB and this Community, I see this error referenced for other areas, not the SC Register.
In order to 'fix' this error, I need to Stop the Web Engine (it uses a "webengine" user for the log in as), End Task for the pvxwin32.exe processes for the webengine user, then Restart the Web Engine. Then they can go back and process the orders.
This does not happen to my other eBM clients, but they do not process as many .order Orders as these 2 clients.
Does anyone else experience this?, or know of the root cause? They are stopping/restarting the Web Engine almost daily...not a good fix...
