Is there any documentation for clients on how to use/process with the SAGE Credit Card Processing module.

Yes but most of my information came from my SPS rep and from Ronnie Asp in Sage Tech who is the go to guy for CCP.

The only documentation I've found is for installation.  The rest of the info came thru trial and error, or calls to support. 

It would be nice if there had been some documentation. . .

Everyone,

Credit Card Processing documentation is incorporated into the help system of Sage MAS 90 and 200, starting with version 4.2 and higher. If you go to the Index and type "Setting Up Credit Card Processing" you can find the workflow diagrams. From there, click on the hyperlinks in each workflow (PC Charge or Sage Payment Solutions).  There are other workflow diagrams that show how to set up Credit Card Processing and perform the appropriate steps to process transactions from Sales Order, Accounts Receivable, and eBusiness Manager.

In my 4.20, I don't get to cc processing by entering the above. If I enter "Credit Card Pr" it takes me to the right area.

I am looking for a diagram that shows how the modules interact for training purposes.  We are using MAS200.

Any help would be appreciated.
