Perhaps this is part of the new (and BRILLIANT
) idea of "common descriptions" as discussed with reprinting AR invoicing. I just added a short description to one of my EBM categories, and all of a sudden, about 35 or 40 other blank descriptions were filled in witht the same text. I had to edit all of them to remove this, as it only applied to the one category.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to prevent this from happening in the future without adding a serial number to ensure all are unique? At last check, I have 4700 category codes and many more are blank - to be filled at a later date - than are completed right now. This could be the straw that requires me to retire MAS EBM.
