If I add items to my cart as an anonymous shopper then try to login to my pre-existing account using the shopping cart detail page I get an error. When I look at the web error log I see an error that says.

Module: SYS

Error Info: 0 IW_ShoppingCartStore.m4p 00000

Description: Error resetting user ID from: 100125094190000 to: , Error: Please log on.

I can login just fine if I use the .store login page but it's when I try to log in at the point of checkout that I get the error.

I checked the KB but didn't find anything. Does anyone know how to prevent this?

I think I know what's going on now. I have items in my cart that are no longer IT enabled and I believe that is what is causing the error. I have another account that will work fine when I try to merge the shopping carts and it does not contain items that are not IT enabled.

To fix this I changed the hours to retain shopping cart entry from 720 hours to 24 so we can clear out some of those old items. Once they are cleared out I will bump that number back up a bit. I will update when I determine if this worked.
