I have the page counts turned on and see far more page hits in the check-out pages than we get orders for.
Does anyone know of a way to view/review abandonded shopping carts to see what people may have been about to purchase?
Additionally, has anyone found a way to determine what specific categories/items were viewed? This might help us measure some of our SEO efforts as well as deduce why people may have left.
